You are invited to participate in a 5 day low-commitment pilot study!
This study aims to assess health behaviors and outcomes using the:
Biopsychosocial (BPS) ScoreCard.
The Biopsychosocial (BPS) ScoreCard was born from the Biopsychosocial Model, introduced by psychiatrist George L. Engel. Which addresses the limitations of the biomedical model by incorporating biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding health and illness. This 5-day study asks that you track the daily choices you make regarding these areas of health. This is an attempt to promote preventative care through education and conscientiousness.
